The Family Empowerment Center (FEC) is a school-community "living room" located at 57 Canal Street in the heart of Lockport, NY. We leverage the strengths of our Lockport City School District and the surrounding community to not only support, but to also invest in student growth and achievement. Our services are highly individualized and designed to meet the specific needs of each family. We emphasize family strength and the importance of building strong relationships between our schools and parents/caregivers.
